Best filter combo to find FOB Destination NSNs under $25k?

I'm trying to narrow Search DIBBS to only FOB Destination items with a Quote Due date at least 7 days out, ideally under $25k estimated value. Is there a saved-filter combo people use for this, or do I have to set it every time?

Use select-a-filter to find only FOB Destination, sort by extended prices, scroll to items under 25K, then check the due date on each one.
