The shut down of cFolders and the start of TDMT

The shut down of cFolderas and the transfer of all tech data to the TDMT (Technical Data Management Transformation) has created a road block for manufacturers needing drawings. Major problems are 1) you can't download anything until you are awarded the contract, 2) you are limited to viewing a page at a time using TDMT's PDF viewer 3) TDMT is often slow and even just fails, 4) it appears that AIDC solicitations' documents are not included in TDMT.
